  EM states her mental health issues include: she has Bipolar, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD depression.

  bio dad is unknown but African American

• EXPOSURES

  EM states occasional heroin use and is trying to get put on Subutex by her doctor. There have been no reports of alcohol but she does vape (nicotine).
