Urgent Case: Florida Birth Mom - 3 sisters

Birth mom is looking to place her 3 daughters. Below is a summary of the information I have so far from the adoption attorney for your review.

The birth mom would like a two-parent home with a heterosexual, African American couple.

The girls are 8, 2, and 8 months old. No physical or mental health concerns have been stated.
She wants them placed together to they can lookout for one another, her next option is to “safe surrender” them at the fire station and they would be placed in foster care.

She is struggling financially. They are homeless, living in a hotel that she got with her tax return but they have to be out of on the 29th or 30th with no alternatives. She has been in shelters, contacted charities, utilized all available resources, follows rules…etc but has no other options.

8-year-old: In Haiti, no way to contact.
2 -year-old: In prison on a murder charge, legally married to the birth mom but will likely sign considering he can’t get custody
8-month-old: Known, doesn’t provide support, and is in and out.
