Hello! Thank you for considering us. We're Dex and Charlene, living in Maryland near DC. We've been together for nearly 20 years and married for 12. Charlene is a doctor and Dex is a psychologist who is an artist on the side. As a couple, we enjoy art, from home projects like pour painting and tie-dye to visiting museums and galleries around DC. We're also big fans of science fiction and fantasy.
We are a fun-loving and playful couple and are excited to offer your child the space and opportunity to explore, discover, play, and have fun. We've always wanted to adopt and are looking forward to welcoming a Black child of any gender into our family.
